If you decide to do business with us, we will complete all of your paperwork for you, liaise with all of the 3rd parties for you, such as surveyors, lenders, solicitors, insurance companies, and keep you updated until your new mortgage completes. We do not normally charge a fee if you apply to us via our website, however a fee paying option is available. Our typical fee is £250. YOUR HOME MAYBE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE
