  When my Wife said about using her friend's boyfriend as our DJ at our wedding in 2009 I was like a DJ??? I want a live band. She talked me round and We met Shawn at our venue @ Addington Place a few weeks before the big day. He had sketched out what he wanted to do and said do you trust me????? I was like mate, I've just met you!!!! We agreed on everything He felt what was necessary for our reception and my god he didn't let us down. NOT ONE BIT From the moment We stepped into the venue Shawn and his team was amazing. He projected photo's taken hours earlier on his big screen. He played music to the speeches. For me he was as important to our day as the rings!!!!!!! When the first dance finished, Shawn showed us why he wanted us to trust him. The dance floor was packed all night long.......!!!!!!!!!!!! He played my fav 80's tunes and mixed it with today's hits. Would I reccommend Shades Events?????? Hell yes I would!!!! Everyone one my guest said what a DJ and with the added Value of a extra camera taking snaps off people cutting their shapes on the dance floor really made my Wedding the best ever. Wifey.............You was so right to pick Shawn and his Shades Event team!!!!!

  We used Shades at our wedding and couldn't have made a better choice. Shaun provided everything we asked for and the evening flowed flawlessly and there wasn't space on the dancefloor all night. Even my mum was impressed! Highly recommended

• What a wedding!

  I used Shades Events for my wedding and I couldn't have made a better choice! Shaun didn't just take care of the music, he sorted all the lighting out too, it was amazing! Great variety of music, had everyone up dancing, thanks Shaun!!

  Brilliant!! I went to a friends wedding who used Shades Events, there wasn't an empty dance floor all night. I would definately use Shaun and recommend him to others.

• Fantastic party!!!

  Friends 30th Birthday party was Brilliant, Shaun the DJ from Shades events was great. He played what you asked for and the mix of music was really good. Would definitely recommend him to others.

  We had a great time with Shades, good music all night and they played your requests when you asked for them not 3 hours later like other dj's. Many thanks for all your hard work my son's 21st birthday party was fantastic.
