    I recently went into this shop to purchase a new 1st string for my guitar, and to also ask about the settings on my electric tuner, as I have only just started playing, I was completely in the dark about the tuner's set up. Having asked about the tuner I was told that I should simply read the manual, I explained that I wasn't 100% sure about it's operation, to which I was told, "We don't give free advice, this is a business and we have to make money", bearing in mind I was purchasing a guitar string, I was rather taken a back by this attitude, never have I felt so offended, nor belittled in my life. I certainly would not recommend this business, go elsewhere!!
