Awful

Unprofessional. Left bait INSIDE our home to draw vermin inside. Did not leave safety sheets or advice on antidote to poisons left. When i called back was on holiday (which was fine as he informed me of this at time of first visit) but sent an unprofessional sms rather than saying "sorry i have left for holidays already"" and suggesting another company or giving me a number he replied "sorry am playing golf in spain" Not sure why i needed to know that but it a very smug and unprofessional man. Also asked to be paid in full for two visits before even completing the first visit. You have been warned.
