Top Mortgage Solutions is based in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex. Offering our whole of market service with every service you can think of when buying your new home, re-mortgaging your existing property or looking to purchase an investment property.

The only service we do not offer is property sales / Estate Agency Services meaning you have the confidence of knowing there is no conflict of interest when discussing your financial requirements, and your private information going where maybe it should not be.

What Services Do We Offer?

From the moment you are in contact with us, one of our brokers will lead you through the whole mortgage process and will be with you to the end. The advisers job is to find out about you, your needs and your requirements. Only then can they offer you the solution that meets all three. The advisor will complete an application form with you and then submit it to the lender with all the relevant supporting documents e.g. Identification and proof of income (if required).

From that point forward you are still not alone! One of our dedicated administrators is there to speed up the process, by liaising with you, your mortgage lender, your estate agent and even your solicitor, the refreshing part is they are there to keep you informed of all the key stages along the way. So as you can see, we do not see our job is done until you complete on your mortgage application.

We see your mortgage as our mortgage, our service extends beyond completion, as most people will have a timed product, for example a two year fixed. It is our job to contact you just before the end of that time, and advise you in the correct way, whether this is to arrange a new mortgage for you or indeed advise you to contact your existing lender directly to stop you paying the lenders Standard Variable Rate (SVR).
