    I was let down by Home services direct after telephoning early morning to secure a plumber for my leaking Kitchen. The plumber was promised by 12am...then 2-3, and whan I chased them up at 3pm to find out why I was still waiting I was told that the plumber was no longer available and they had not bothered to tell me. After taking the day off work I was faced with having to find another plumber at short notice to fix my still leaking kitchen pipes. Thanks a lot Home services direct. I will not be recommending you to any of my friends.
