• Don’t go directly to Sky use PPS-AV instead

  I have been trying to deal direct with Sky for the last two weeks in getting my Sky upgrade to HD but every time I call them they are useless. I then found PPS-AV via Touch Local and called them, not only did they have my upgrade being processed with Sky within 24hrs but they saved me £200 and they installed the box within 7 days. I highly recommend them.

• Fantastic Service

  I came across PPS-AV when I went to purchase a new HD ready TV and to upgrade my Sky box at my local Sony Centre. They gave me PPS-AV's phone number and advised I speak to Stuart Burgess of PPS-AV. This I did, and we arranged a time. He was very helpful and did a marvellous job of hanging the TV on the wall, making sure it was in the right position. He took such care and pride in his work. I would highly recommend PPS-AV to anyone who needs to have their TV etc installed. Amazing service

• Great Job and very reliable

  I found PPS-AV via my local Sony Centre when I was purchasing my new TV by asking the member of staff if it was possible to hang the TV on the wall. The Sony Centre passed my details onto them and I got a call the same day to arrange a convenient time with me for them to carry out the work. They day came and they turned up at 10 like promised. They took around 3 hours to complete the job and I’m very pleased with the finished job. Their attention to detail was great asking me what I required and where I would be sitting so we got the TV in perfect location. (They even hovered my lounge before leaving....) I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’m getting them back next week to upgrade my Sky to HD.
