Carleta Barrett BA (Hon), DipHypCS, is a qualified Consultant Clinical Hypnotherapist with Counselling Skills trained by tutor Chris Padro at Chrysalis and a full member of the Hypnotherapy Society. She works from Tunbridge Wells and specialises in working with clients to manage the effects of emotional, mental and physical problems and to deal with their symptoms such as depression. She works with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life and is astute in working with clients who are now willing to confront and manage the consequence of past childhood and adult trauma including abuse now affecting their present lives. Carleta Barrett works with clients in an all-inclusive and supportive manner, to build Self-Esteem, Feelings of Self-Worth and Self-Confidence. She is also good at working with clients in helping them to stop addictive behaviour and habits that are now detrimental to achieving success and happiness and the standard of living clients desire. She uses a combined toolbox of therapeutic tools including Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Hypno-Analysis, Guided Meditation and Counselling Skills to help clients confront and disperse what is now presenting as unwanted symptoms.
