    I was very nervous calling to find out about courses, but the girl was really helpful. I can't remember her name, i think it may have been harriet, but she was lovely and made me feel really comfortable, explained everything clearly and didn't rush me when I kept asking questions; I will definitely look into booking and attending a course with you.
