shockingly bad service when trying to purchase a car

SDR autos sold me a car via ebay for my elderly father in law - I paid in full by debit card on the phone and arranged vehicle transport. The day before collection was due they phoned and refused to go ahead with the sale as (get this!) they dont accept debit card payments over the phone! I was left very annoyed, with time wasted. The transport company lost a day's work and my father in law was left upset and confused. In an effort to re-secure the deal I offered to pay with paypal - all ebay sellers must acecpt paypal - but they refused this as well. My advice? steer clear of this lot. An honest buyer does not deserve to be messed around and let down.
