• Absolutely appalling customer service

  If you purchase an art pack containing mouldy canvases, you expect to receive a refund or an exchange for the item. You do not expect to be told that you are in the wrong. The staff available where not allowed to exchange or refund without managerial consent. Unfortunately, the manager, who could only be reached by phone, was aggressive, rude and completely unreasonable when trying to complete what should be a very easy transaction. After both the staff and myself where shouted at by an irate manager on the phone, and then hung up on, one staff member relented and replaced the canvases. It was a distressing and unnecessary situation created by bad management and a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  The most comprehensively stocked art shop out side of London. Davinci Brushes, Lascaux Acrylic Paints, Michael Harding Oil Colours, materials for the professional and amateur painter, sculptur and the hobbiest. All very competativley priced. Friendly and knowlegable staff, nothing is ever to much trouble. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful shop in Tunbrige Wells. Linda

• Lovely inspiring Shop!

  Have been into this shop recently and they have so much stock! I could spend all day there :) Found the staff helpful and the prices competative.
