Delicious Cream Teas, home-made scones, cakes and light lunches. Great Food in a lovely atmosphere.
Local apple juice and ice-cream, jams, chutneys and lots of other gifts for sale.
Quaintways literally says it all - its very 'quaint'. Possibly catering more for the tourists, i think many people would avoid, but trust me, if you avoid these tea rooms you are missing a treat. The service is exquisite, they staff are so nice, friendly and helpful and service is most definately with a smile!Food wise, expect to pay a little more than you would perhaps want, but the setting is delightful. Penshurst is a fabulous village, a suprisingly large amount to do and this tea rooms just tops it off. However, during peak tourist seasons, expect it to be crammed to breaking point - you have been warned!
