We had just moved into a new house and needed to replace the fireplace, before we could begin to decorate our living room. We visited their showroom and were advised it was best to arrange an appointment for them to come and visit and advise of options. They couldn't fit in an appointment for around 3 weeks - it was too long for us but because the fireplace was better than any others we'd saw we waited. Only they forgot to turn up for their appointment so we re-arranged it a few days later. When the man arrived we found out he had brought nothing with him, no brochures, no prices no nothing - so we were still nowhere near finding a price for the fireplace we liked. Luckily we had one brochure and we showed him the fireplace we liked and he said he would ring the next day with a cost, but he didn't, I ended up ringing him but it was out of our budget. I asked him for some alternative options in the style we liked and he said it was possible and that he would look into options for us. He rang a few days later with a solution, so we went to the showroom to look at it. He still couldn't give us a cost there and then so said he would ring back - but he never has. We wasted over a month with them. Luckily we found another place further away and managed to get the original fire place that we liked within our budget - he'd been trying to rip us off as well!!!!!
