Coolings Garden Centre

Pros: There are two sites offering a spectacular amount of choice for both garden accessories and plants. Being one of these very short term gardeners (meaning im to old to wait for a plant to flower) i really love their bedding section. Also, they have this amazing guy who sits on the front desk and can tell you whats wrong with your plant just by looking at one of the leaves. There is also a coffee shop at the rushmore hill site called Arthurs (there is also a restaurant at the other site but i havent been there... yet!). The thing i really love about arthurs (aside from the phenomenal food and great atmosphere) is the young workers. There are a number of them that work on the counter and clearing tables at the weekend. They're all so happy, hard working polite and well turned out. It is a real pleasure to see that there are young people about who really understand the value of doing a job well. Cons: sometimes it is very hard to find help in the garden centre unless you walk all the way back to front desk (which is quite far as it is a big site). It is a little bit pricey.
