    I sent my i-mate SP3i to this company back in July for repairs under warranty, which expired in September; even though it was sent by recorded delivery, they only confirmed receipt a week before the end of the warranty period. Nonetheless, they insisted the warranty had expired - it hadn't, and I even re-sent them a proof of purchase - and since then they haven't got back to me: I've emailed and telephoned several times, and wrote letters too, but nobody's answered/responded. I wholeheartedly reccomend anyone to avoid this company and hope they go out of business very soon.

    Dear Sir/ Madam: Re: Web Reference WB-IM-00003653, IMEI 356384006792970, MANUFACTURER I-MATE/ K-Jam. When I contacted you,by e-mail, regarding the problem of my phone and described the fault, I recieved an e-mail that it is under the warranty and can be repaired. It was sent via a courier. I called 2 weeks later and was told that it was under repair and not ready. I was adviced to call next week which I did and was informed that it was still under repair. I also sent 2-3 e-mails but had no reply. I called a week later and the lady told me that the fault was not under the warranty because it not a manufacture error and I have to pay for it. She added that she would send a letter, 1st class, allowing me to choose whether to destroy, return or repair. I recieved the letter in the following week and sent it back with a cheque of £9. I have recieved the phone and I am consequently very angry. I added up everything from the very start: 1- When I first e-mailed you, I have described the fault well. you could tell me, or at least assume, about the possibility of not being covered by the warranty. 2- It took you more then 4 weeks to find this out about the fault. 3- No replies to my e-mails and I always got vague answers. 4- I recieved the phone and it was very dirty, the screen is dirty from inside, the body is very loose and the IMEI number had been rubbed off. I was incredibly shocked at this since i sent it to you in good condition. I can not take it anywhere now. From a well known company like you, I want to know why were the delays and why I recieved the telephone dirty and not screwed back together?
