VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unable to stop a wall mounted Gas Fire from Leaking, even though new parts required were fitted, the fire still leaks. Had to call out Gas Emergency 3 times to shut off all fires. Had Dale Saunders plumbers attend same fire four times and gave it two full services. The plumber who serviced it on two occasions, and being the last occasion, this Tuesday 13th Jan 2022, is a very experienced plumber and seems very competent. But for some reason, even he cannot stop the fire from leaking, when it is on. Have spent in total, £640.00 for the four fires to be serviced, and to fit two new parts, with the part being supplied direct from the manufactures for another £280. Dale Saunders and I agreed for another service, to waive all their rights, and I agreed as so to get another service, that after Tuesdays service, i could not come back to them if it goes wrong again. So now we have a fire that has had over £600 spent on it in labour and parts, and I now have to pay for a new plumber to try and rectify the problem, or Don’t use the said fire. Or get a new fire. Seems a bit unfair to be left in such a position, and they wondered why I lost my temper on a few occasions, and are now lucky enough to walk away Scott free. So please be aware of their customer service and after sales. As Mr Saunders is not the easiest person to deal with. So if you do not like getting involved in disputes if things go wrong, please think about this company.
