Not a Happy Customer
I tried this salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago and my hair is ruined. I have medium length hair, not a complicated style and I asked the hairdresser to trim it and keep the same style. She didn't cut it at all the same way, the blow dry was the worst I have ever had, and now even when I do my own hair it still isn't right. All I can do now is wait for it to grow. I will not be returning. For the first time ever I left the salon looking worst than going in.

10 on all fronts
This is going to be very dull as I cannot honestly think of any reason to give McQueen's less than a 10 on all fronts. The recent refurb has really smartened the place up - about the only area of potential improvement previously. All the staff from whom I have had treatments over the years in the salon's various identities have been fantastic. I would certainly - and do - recommend you. I'd be interested in any additional non-surgical facelift treatments you could provide as all is starting to go South a bit!

"I would say that all aspects of your service as listed are excellent. Everyone is always friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have most dealings with Sharon, Liz and Sarah and feel thoroughly pampered whenever I visit - super music too ! "

Not quite straight enough
Just to let you know that I give a 9 out of 10 for my recent visit to your hair salon. Would have been 10 out of 10 but my hair is not quite as straight as I had hoped (washed it today for the first time), despite everyones best efforts but at least it's better than it was. (I know it's very stuborn!!) Still it has not put me off coming back to you in the future. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, I felt very spoilt. Thanks to all of you.

very pleased
I have been going to Mcqueen for a while now, in fact since it opened and have always had my hair cut by well. I have always been happy with the cut and style. The staff are very chatty and makes you feel at ease. I find the other sylists very friendly.
