I have to admit that I was worried when I read all the bad reviews. However my phone was repaired within 4 days and it was fixed under warranty. I really have no bad thing to say about this repair company. It was fast, and my Samsung came back fixed and well packaged. It now works perfectly. I couldn't be happier. 5 stars.

I sent my sony xperia z2 off through sony on the 23rd july for a damaged cracked screen to be repaired. Sony tried to tell me that SBE didnt recieve my device until the 8th august. Obviously it had jist been laying in their warehouse all that time because it certainly does not take a courier 2 weeks to send a phone off to its destination. I then was told I would have to pay £100 for the repair. I paid the repair on the 14th august because of malfunctions and lack of information from sony. Still 3 weeks later I am waitimg to find out wether I will ever gety device back or not. I am paying £40 a month for a phone I dont even have in my hand or have use for because SBE are crooks and wont give me my phone back. Sony gave me sbe contact number because apparently they have no way of spekaing to them directly. I rang the number and im jist at a loss. Was on the phone in a 'qeue' for 1 hour 30 minutes until in the end I had to put the phone down. SBE dont care about their customers at all. They jist want to take your money and then fob you off. Sony themseleves even said it is a nightmare to get in touch with them because they havent been responding to their many urgent emails. I am off to Australia next week for a year and that phone is my only means of commuication with my family through free whats app calls and skype. I am appalled at this company and find it so disheartening how big companies like sony, Samsung and many others still continue to use this repair company even though it is givimg their own company a bad name. Take my advice stau away from these bandits and get your phome fixed locally. I know I wont have my phone back on time for me going away but I will certainly look into taking legal action against them sony

xperia z cracked screen ,they used a inferior screen resulting in awful picture quality one hour later the back panel started coming off where they did not glue it properly so now its not even waterproof RUINED MY PHONE

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. The worst customers service ever. When they don't have an answer or solution they decide to ignore customer's emails and phone. If you want your phone never to work again or in my case to loose it in SBE's department then send it to SBE repairs.

DO NOT GET YOUR ELECTRONICS REPAIRED BY SBE LTD I payed £102 for the screen to be replaced on my phone on the 30th and they said it would be fixed in 3-5 days. Two weeks later and I call up asking why my phone isn't fixed yet and they said they forgot to fix it. No apologies, no compensation, no "I'll look into why that happened sir". Just grunting and then saying they will fix it. DO NOT GET YOUR ELECTRONICS REPAIRED BY SBE LTD The phone line was 10p a minute and they put you on hold for 10 minutes at the start of the call. Why is the phone line a premium number? DO NOT GET YOUR ELECTRONICS REPAIRED BY SBE LTD

I must say I was worried after reading all the reviews on this website but I had a good experience. It did admittedly take 2 weeks for my phone to be logged in their system, but once it was it was repaired and sent back within 4 working days. The telephone operators were polite, the price for a new screen for my Nexus 4 was very reasonable and it looked brand new when it arrived, well packaged and sent back special delivery.

first time i sent my xperia z off for repair with them it returned smashed to pieces then sony sent my phone back to them again its already been 15 days and supposedly there awaiting a battery i have tried to call them 537 times in the last 3 days and just been ignored and thrown to answer phone ive had advisors answer and just clean hang up straight away im starting to wonder if my phone will ever return i am never buying a sony product again purely so i will never have to deal with these guys again

sent my phone to get fixed I phoned them to see if it had been fixed it took 6 attempts to get through on hold for 20 mins each time then I was cut off ( 10p a min ) . They could not fix my phone and charged me £10 send it back that was 5 days ago still no phone. Cannot get in contact with them total rip off.

I wonder how they ever get such companies to repair products. The telephone lines are horrendous, you will stay on for ages and then get recorded message and be cut off. een when you are number one in the queue you can stay for 15mins to be attended to and it cost10p/min. The customer service is equally apalling, not logging calls yet telling customer they will deliver a product. I wonder how sony ericsson and motorola etc give repair contracts to such companies. Apalling Apalling Apalling!!!

You will be held in a queue for ages. Being told you are number 10, 9, 8 etc until eventually you get to number 1 when you will get a recorded message telling you everyone is busy and to email in with your query. And then they cut you off. NOT GETTING GOOD REVIEWS ARE YOU???

A nightmare and possibly a con.

Sent my Xoom tablet away as the screen stopped responding. It took 5 days for them to get in to the repair depo. Got a letter back saying it is Water damaged and that it was not in warranty. I would not get my (apparently broken) xoom back unless I paid £42.00 service charged. I know for a fact it has not been near water so asked to have it back to be independently checked, then I would pay. They refused this and won't give me my Xoom (which is MY property back) Been on the phone with them every day for the last 3 weeks. They hang up the phone when you say they are recording. They won't return my xoom and don't answer emails. They threaten to destroy the unit constantly. They sent me pictures of the water damage which I am 100% positive isn't my tablet. It's a nightmare! Searched the internet and found that SBE does this 'water damage' stunt quite a lot. Im starting to doubt I'll get the unit back now.

SONY ARC S, couldn't repair my phone therefore sent it back but only discovered buttons were missing, cracked housing, body and main unit due to a gap (unsure what they done). I'm so cheesed off, i will never buy another SONY phone again. Stay away...

Sent my xperia play to be washed out basically since it was fully working but there was oil stuck between the touch screen and lcd screen. I emailed on the 4th Sept about the return of my phone, got no response whatsoever. Gave them a call and still no response. WORST MOBILE REPAIR SERVICE EVER!

I sent my i-mate SP3i to this company back in July for repairs under warranty, which expired in September; even though it was sent by recorded delivery, they only confirmed receipt a week before the end of the warranty period. Nonetheless, they insisted the warranty had expired - it hadn't, and I even re-sent them a proof of purchase - and since then they haven't got back to me: I've emailed and telephoned several times, and wrote letters too, but nobody's answered/responded. I wholeheartedly reccomend anyone to avoid this company and hope they go out of business very soon.

Dear Sir/ Madam: Re: Web Reference WB-IM-00003653, IMEI 356384006792970, MANUFACTURER I-MATE/ K-Jam. When I contacted you,by e-mail, regarding the problem of my phone and described the fault, I recieved an e-mail that it is under the warranty and can be repaired. It was sent via a courier. I called 2 weeks later and was told that it was under repair and not ready. I was adviced to call next week which I did and was informed that it was still under repair. I also sent 2-3 e-mails but had no reply. I called a week later and the lady told me that the fault was not under the warranty because it not a manufacture error and I have to pay for it. She added that she would send a letter, 1st class, allowing me to choose whether to destroy, return or repair. I recieved the letter in the following week and sent it back with a cheque of £9. I have recieved the phone and I am consequently very angry. I added up everything from the very start: 1- When I first e-mailed you, I have described the fault well. you could tell me, or at least assume, about the possibility of not being covered by the warranty. 2- It took you more then 4 weeks to find this out about the fault. 3- No replies to my e-mails and I always got vague answers. 4- I recieved the phone and it was very dirty, the screen is dirty from inside, the body is very loose and the IMEI number had been rubbed off. I was incredibly shocked at this since i sent it to you in good condition. I can not take it anywhere now. From a well known company like you, I want to know why were the delays and why I recieved the telephone dirty and not screwed back together?
